Q: If you could do any race over again, which race would you choose?

Yeah this last year at the Hot Shoe 100 at Owosso Speedway, I had a rocket. I drove up through the field and got tangled up. I drove right into the side of Brian Nester (teammate). I ruined my own chances, but I did end up driving back to 3rd after going to the back of the pack. I had a great car and could have etched my name in that trophy.

Q: Some drivers keep a payback list in their minds. Do you also have a list for drivers who have done you a favor on the track?

Maybe in the moment, but I put it past me. It is not worth it. If I don't get my revenge right there you may get it on me a second time. That's a shame on me. I am pretty careful with my equipment.

Q: How often do you think about racing?

If there were 25 hours in a day, it would be 25. Do we do anything else?

Q: What is a food you would not recommend eating right before a race and are you speaking with personal experience with this recommendation?

Probably like cottage cheese that just seems like it would go well. You definitely need to take it easy on the beers the night before, that's speaking from experience.

Q: What race track(s) are you most looking forward to competing at in 2025?

It is a toss up but I would say Salem and a close second would be Winchester. Dimit won the midwest modified tour race at Salem in 2024 and twice has won the Winchester Gun at Winchester Speedway.

Q: What do you think the biggest difference is going to be between a modified and sprint car?

I actually think the power and weight are going to be comparable, but just a little more “hopped” up. I think the speed is what is going to get out of the gate. Things are just gonna happen so much faster. Reaction time is going to be the biggest difference.

Q: What's a TV show you're really into right now?

I really don't, I dont have one. I am kind of a dud. My head hits the pillow and I go to sleep.

Q:  If you could team up with any driver who would it be?

I am pretty happy where I am at with my Modified. Getting to the level I am and working with Brian Nester. I have been bouncing some stuff off of Tyler Roahrig. He has been really helping me out, with that being said I have also had some help from Jimmy Mccune.
