ProDoor Manufacturing to Sponsor Race at Nashville Fairgrounds

The 500 Sprint Car tour is excited to announce ProDoor Manufacturing as the presenting

sponsor for the Nashville leg of the tour being held at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. In the

past years the series has only traveled within Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan; this will be the first

time the series has gone outside that area to Nashville. 2004 was the last time a non-wing

pavement sprint car competed on the iconic half mile oval.

“As an Indiana based company and Indiana being known as ‘The Racing Capital of The World’,

ProDoor Manufacturing holds racing dear to our hearts. We are thrilled to be the presenting

sponsor for the Nashville leg of the 500 Sprint Car Tour and looking forward to all the festivities.”

– JD Stearns, President ProDoor Manufacturing.

In 1980 ProDoor Systems was founded as a garage door installer in the Indianapolis

area. Over the next 24 years they proceeded to open 5 distribution centers as a competitive

garage door dealer. Fast forward to 2017 when ProDoor Manufacturing was created; PDM

manufactures garage doors and sells to the 5 distribution centers as well as many other

wholesale customers. ProDoor provides industry leading garage doors to their customers using

innovative design, low cost, and exceptional day-of accessibility.

“We are excited that Pro Door Manufacturing is teaming up with us to bring Sprint Cars to

Nashville,” said Jared Owen - 500 Sprint Car Tour, Series Director. “This has been a race that

teams have circled on their calendars since the 2023 schedule announcement. The legendary

5/8ths mile is sure to produce great high-speed racing.”

ProDoor Manufacturing is a perfect fit for the Anderson, IN based series as it heads

south for the first time. Nashville will be the farthest distance traveled in the 2023 series. PDM

sponsoring the Nashville leg of the series has enabled us to announce a purse increase to ‘beef

up’ the backend as a thank you to the teams who are making the trip.

The 500 Sprint Car Tour presented by Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Parts Stores event

at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is set for Saturday, July 29th date. The series will be joined

by the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Pro Late Models in a 100-lap feature, Limited Late Models,

Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Front Runners, Legends, and Bandoleros. Pit gates for the vent

open at 10:00am Central Time and racing begins at 5:00pm Central Time. All the night's racing

action can be viewed live via MAVTV on Floracing. For more information, follow the 500 Sprint
